This house is exemplary of one of my core goals: to create sustainable, modern designs.  This four bedroom, three bath house has a stucco and cedar exterior finish with operable, storefront fenestration.  The interior features tall ceilings for lots of natural light, sustainable palm wood flooring, and EcoCem tile in the bathrooms.  Also incorporated are a high efficiency HVAC, sprayed foam insulation for air tightness, Energy Star appliances, and tankless water heaters.
